The fitness industry has changed permanently. Clients now expect flexibility. They might want to train with you in person once a week but do two solo workouts on their own. Or, they might travel frequently and need a program they can follow from a hotel gym.

Data-Driven Decision Making

When you rely on memory or paper notes, it is hard to see the big picture. How is your business actually performing?

Good software provides a dashboard for your business health. You can see at a glance:

  • Which clients are most compliant (and which are at risk of churning).
  • Your monthly revenue trends.
  • Your active client count versus your capacity.
